Tickets can be rescheduled 7 or more days prior to your booking via your customer online account. We unfortunately can’t issue credit or refunds once tickets have been purchased.
Bookings can be rescheduled more than 48 hours and less than 7 days in advance of your booking by paying a rescheduling fee of 10% of the overall value of your booking. Bookings can be amended to another date or time within the current season. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds.

Our experiences are completely safe to operate in most weather conditions, and some people say are actually more enjoyable when the rain is falling. We do live in Ireland, after all. In extreme weather circumstances, where we are forced to temporarily close our courses, reschedules will be offered to customers affected.
