At Least 7 Days In Advance:

Bookings can be amended more than 7 days in advance of your booking by logging into your online Zipit account through the link below.

Credit stays on your account for this season, expiring on 24th November 2024. Refunds are unavailable as per the booking terms and conditions.

Less Than 7 Days In Advance:

Bookings can be amended more than 48 hours and less than 7 days in advance of your booking by paying a rescheduling fee of 10% of the overall value of your booking. Bookings can be amended to another date or time within the current season. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds.

Less Than 48 Hours In Advance:

Unfortunately, bookings cannot be amended less than 48 hours in advance of your booking.

Extreme Cases:

Our experiences are completely safe to operate in most weather conditions, and some people say are actually more enjoyable when the rain is falling. We do live in Ireland, after all. In extreme weather circumstances, where we are forced to temporarily close our courses, reschedules will be offered to customers affected.
