This is a unique opportunity to operate as the sole restaurant/café within a growing adventure park. You’ll have the opportunity to serve a broad customer base including:
Grow alongside Zipit’s expanding activities at Djouce Park. Zipit is a well-established adventure operator with four successful experiences nationwide, providing a stable foundation and built-in customer flow.
The unit comprises approximately 72m² of indoor seating area and 40m² of kitchen space, with potential for outdoor seating subject to agreement. Existing infrastructure includes water, electricity, gas, heating, functional toilets, kitchen with various equipment, storage areas, alarm and CCTV system (all in good working order) plus car parking on site.
The premises are currently vacant and in worn condition. The structure is sound but will require refurbishment, cosmetic upgrades, and updated furniture and fit-out.
