Zipit is located in Lough Key Forest Park, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. This stunning setting is one of Ireland’s best forest parks and is renowned for its breathtaking views, varied wildlife, and historic buildings. With a woodland of broadleaf and conifer trees and wild bluebells, not to mention the wonderful scent of wild garlic, walking through this magical park is an absolute pleasure. Lough Key Forest Park has a wonderful Visitor Centre with a treetop canopy walk, an indoor Boda Borg maze, an outdoor adventure playground for children, and a Lakeside Cafe. And, of course, who can forget the thrilling Lough Key Forest Park zipline?
There are numerous open areas to picnic or even barbecue and a fantastic lake with great water activities. With boats, bikes, and segways for hire, you have plenty of opportunities to explore this amazing natural haven.

Our cabin at Zipit Lough Key is wheelchair-accessible. Other paths throughout the forest can be difficult to traverse.
Lough Key Forest Park has introduced Wheel-O (Wheelchair-Orienteering), a new concept to help visitors with limited mobility discover the wonderful world of orienteering. This sport involves following a waymarked trail and identifying your location at control points along the way.
